SEASONAL & SPECIALTY PIES
Seasonal pies such as rhubarb, strawberry rhubarb, and peach are made when these fruits are at their best. We love to make traditional holiday pies, especially pumpkin so that the heavenly smell of baking pumpkin pies can fill the kitchen and the shop. Special orders are happily accepted for holiday pies. NOT ALL PIES ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, PLEASE CALL FOR AVAILABILITY. To ensure your favorite is available it is recommended that you pre-order whole pies 24 hours in advance.
Cranberries are soaked in orange juice and, then, mixed with butter, eggs, sugar, walnuts, and white chocolate in a single crust for a tangy, sweet, melt in your mouth pie. (Usually available November and December)
Celebrate Christmas with the festive flavors of eggnog and rum added to our creamy custard. (Usually available November and December)
A traditional pie in a graham cracker crumb crust using fresh limes for a burst of lime flavor.
Peppermint Chocolate Silk
Our fudgy, dark chocolate silk pie combined with peppermint. The whipped cream topping is laced with shredded chocolate and peppermint.
Our family favorite made from Grandma's recipe blending honey and whipping cream with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and ginger. The sweet spicy pumpkin taste lingers in your mouth and reminds one why pumpkin pie is a holiday favorite. (Usually available from October through December).
Pumpkin Cream Cheese
Combines our favorite pumpkin filling with a layer of cream cheese covered with a streusel topping made with brown sugar, flour, butter, and pecans. (Usually available from October through December)
This pie combines two of the Holiday's most popular pies - pecan and pumpkin. A traditional pecan filling tops a layer of pumpkin and spices in our golden, flaky crust. (Usually available from October through December)
A springtime favorite of tangy rhubarb in a double crust pie. Add strawberries for an extra burst of sweetness in a strawberry rhubarb pie. (Usually available from May to June)
A double crust pie filled with rhubarb, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cream that is sweeter than a traditional rhubarb pie. (Usually available from May to June)
Gluten Free Crusts are available by special order for most pies. Please order at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $2 per pie upcharge for the gluten free crust.
